Payment Policy
For all tours with Incredible North, the total charges are split into two parts: a deposit and the remaining balance. The deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation. For international tourists, the remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in Pakistan. For domestic tourists, the remaining balance is required to be settled before the tour commences.
Refund Policy
All deposits are non-refundable as they are used for in-country arrangements. However, in the event of a visa rejection, a full or partial refund may be considered, depending on the costs incurred. To request a refund, travelers must submit valid proof of visa rejection to our office within 72 hours of the rejection notice. For Pakistani nationals, the deposit remains non-refundable in all cases.
Separate Accommodation
Separate accommodation is available at an additional cost, which varies depending on the duration of the tour. This fee must be paid along with the remaining balance upon arrival in Pakistan.
Currency
International travelers can make payments in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), or Pound Sterling (GBP). Pakistani travelers will be charged the equivalent amount in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
